Full name: WNT Inhibitory Factor 1 Human Recombinant

Description: WIF1 produced in Hi-5 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 369 amino acids (29-379 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 40.5 kDa, (48kDa on SDS-PAGE). WIF1 is fused to 16 amino acid His Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Formulation: The WIF1 protein solution contains 1X PBS pH 7.4, 10% glycerol and 1mM PMSF.

Usage: OET's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.

Stability: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
